can not start smartfade ml

hi all:

i was testing midi show control function, and i found buttons no response, so i cut off the power, and when i boot it, the console stop at

 ETC SMARTFADE ML

VER: 2.0.0 26 Lib:4.0  

====================

in both screen, and all the button no response

how can i do ....

  • Seems like your console got stuck in some way. In case it doesn't boot normally, you can force a complete clear of its memory. Then it should start properly.

    Do to this: Hold down the Menu/Ok button while attaching power. You will then enter a test menu with many different tests. Keep pressing Menu/Ok until you have passed all the tests and the console shuts down. You should then be able to start normally again. 

    Please note that this will clear all show data from the console. However, since the console is stuck, you don't have any other options, I'm afraid.
