Smartfade ML Wont playback Stack.

Hi,

Do you see the cue numbers passing by in the onboard display?

Could you send us the show file so that we can look at it?

I am going to have a proper look later this week. I'll erase the stack and then programme some new ques to test it. It there a way of restetting the desk? To totally wipe it? Show's over so can have a peroper play now.

We'd really like a copy of your showfile to figure out why the problem happened in the first place - we don't want it to happen again.

You can clear the console in Settings > Erase > Erase All.

Alternatively, to do a complete and total factory reset:
Boot the console in Test Mode by holding down the [Tick] key while turning it on (either hard power or soft power button), then cycle through all the tests. (Choose 'No' to the Software Upgrade question).

Ok, i'll try these things when I am back at school. (swine flu!) I'll have a proper look at the desk and will be in contact later.

Hey guys, thanks for your responds. I was at school last week and reset the desk. Tryed programming to the stack, and yet it playedback fine!!!!!?????

To play it safe, from now on, i'm going to programme all the cues to subs and then build up the stack from that.
