rebooting desk unexpectedly

Hi, occurred a problem repeatedly, rebooting desk unexpectedly. Is Happened always during record cue on the stack (sintax: REC HALL - STACK - YES). The problem is not systematic but occasional, occurred with the previous software 2.1.1. and the recent release 2.1.2.

I think this might be faulty hardware. It sounds like a memory error or power supply error or something basic. This is not a known bug. Please contact your dealer for a warranty repair or replacement. In case you might have discovered a very unusual bug please send the showfile to me here: adam.bennette(at)etcconnect.com. Replace (at) with @.

the problem occurred almost alwais after the delete old stack and to create the first new cue

seems that with the new release 3.0 the problem is resolved
