Service Notes

Addition of a "Service Notes" section to the app. This would be useful for a tech who pulled a light out of the rig for maintenance or repair and can scan the NFC tag on the unit, make their notes about what the problem is or what they did, and then have that info stored. Important part being, if another person scans the tag, they would also be able to see the notes that the other person put.

Example of a note being "CMY Module swapped Jan. 2024". Short text, not long paragraphs.

  • I don't believe there should be any limitation to access the notes. For example, on Lion King we have 8 people on the electrics team (not including any vacation covers or members of the design team) that would need to access this information.

    The minimum should at least consist of...

    1. The Date
    2. What the problem is / what you did
    3. Has it been resolved?
    4. Who

    I have a few follow up questions:

    - Would you want any limitations to the access of the notes?
    - What would be the minimum amount of notes, for example repair logs, where this would remain useful?
