Product Support Pages 404

Working fine for me on and off the ETC Network. Can you post a specific link that isn't working on your side?

www.etcconnect.com/.../ (language/region set to N.America, English)

Is this still a Problem? We couldn't get this reproduce at the factory.

I am still seeing it - for example:

http://www.etcconnect.com/Products/Consoles/Eos-Family/Eos-Ti/Support-Training.aspx

results in a 404 error.

On many (or all?) product pages, the 404 error occurs when you try to get to "Support & Training" by clicking on the link in the header under the product name.

Can you see what happens if you try to go to that link in private/incognito mode?

Those links seem to resolve just fine for me, both inside and outside of our network.

In Firefox - the support pages appear when browsing in private mode.
I signed out of myETC account and the support pages appear while regular browsing.
Signed back in to myETC and the support pages give a 404 error.

I just made a tweak to your user account. Can you log out, verify it still works logged out, and then try logging back in again?

Unfortunately, no change. The pages show up when logged out, but result in the 404 error when logged in. :(

Can you try clearing your cache of all @etcconnect.com items?

That worked- I'm now seeing the support pages while logged in. Thanks!
