all product support pages seem to be down. tried many different Eos-Family links, but also other products seem to be offline.

I am still seeing it - for example:
results in a 404 error.
On many (or all?) product pages, the 404 error occurs when you try to get to "Support & Training" by clicking on the link in the header under the product name.
