x-spot ctb tab and yellow error

Have you verified that the wheels are moving? Also, on the two phase card, have you verified that the LED for that sensor goes on and off correctly when the tab passed through the sensor?

They wernt moving but suddenly they come alive! Now one is spinning round constantly and trying to home?

I would color the homing tab on the wheels that won't home with a sharpie, or better, some white nail polish, or a white paint pen.
It may not quite be opaque enough for the sensor to read it.
Is the LED for the sensor changing color as the tab goes by it?

Ok so swapped Sensors, Sharpied the tabs, swapped the 2 phase PCB, and the and the LED sensor change colour, I've now found that the Yellow wheel is not moving at all and the CTB needs a kick to get it going and then gets stuck... The yellow wheel seems very stiff compared to the rest.....

So have I got to burnt out motors? or is there something I need to adjust?
