I've got an error on one of my x-spots, Both CTB Tab And Yellow. :(
I've swapped over the sensors and get the same results, If i disconnect the sensor I have no errors....
Any ideas of what i should try next to find the fault?

Have you verified that the wheels are moving? Also, on the two phase card, have you verified that the LED for that sensor goes on and off correctly when the tab passed through the sensor?
