Upgrade Cyber CX with CL parts?

We have an operating Cyber CX, plus a non-operating CL. The CL's electronics are shot but the hardware is ok.

Is it possible to make a "Frankenstein" Cyber with the CL's parts to add CMY, frost & zoom to the CX?
