Hi guys, hope you are all well!
We have several fixtures which have the same problem, during initial synchronization there is no movement of the PAN and TILT. It is obvious that the respective errors appear later. Any suggestions?
Regarding software updates, how is it performed on these devices? I was reading that since it doesn't have USB it will be done differently, which one?
