Solawash FX1000 initial synchronization issue / Software update

The problem is on the controller board/Display. I exchanged it for one that was ok and everything worked! Will updating the software again be able to solve the problem? How to proceed? Thanks

  Before doing anything, I would put the problematic display back into the unit. There's a small chance that there was a connection issue. I always have people try reseating connections before swapping a PCB. If it still doesn't work, reloading software may or may not help. Uploading requires a proprietary device.   FYI, the Solawash FX 1000 was renamed the Solahybeam 1000.
