IN NEED OF HELP s-video + GMA

Hi Dave,

Do you have the correct Media Folder/File selected on one of your layers to bring up the S-video signal? It should be media Folder 255, File 1. What steps are you taking when trying to switch to the S-video signal?

Also be sure to set the s-video capture relay in the correct position.

On Hog-3 It must be set to "s-video" not to "camera"....not sure if gMA uses the same terminology for the fixtures. Thsi must be done with Motion Intensity set to 00% for about 10 seconds or the relay will not change positions.

Is there a step by step procedure on how to do this? I can't find anything in the DL manual. We're looking at feeding S-vid content to 2 DL.2's using image blend. We have a Full Boar console.

Try this document,it does deal with a specific setup but if you read it all will help you with S-video and using a collage blend with Dl2 fixtures.

I strongly suggest setting this sort of setup up in advance and checking the entire system as it can be time consuming to fault find onsite.

Plenty of info in Chapter 14 of the DL manual....starting p199 of the v1.5 DL.3 manual (essentially same for DL.2s)
