DL3 Projector Settings

I assume the projector in a DL3 has the usual Brightness and Contrast settings.

What are they normally set at?
And what's the easiest way to change them?

    I know this will sound a bit crazy, but we want to project onto black fabric.
    It will be a Fiber Optic Curtain made of 22oz. Encore Synthetic.

    It is for our Easter Service and we'll only be projecting the words for 3 worship set songs.
    The source will be white words on black background

    This is instead on Keying them onto the IMAG.

    I plan on stacking two DL3's for this.
    So, the thought came up that if it helps I may want to adjust the brightness and contrast.
