Hello, I am currently working on 2 PowerPars that we have in stock that are having similar issues.
On power up the lamp arcs over with the primary arc. Which is a really dim blue glow. It will stay like this for a few seconds then it will shut off.
Do you guys have any ideas what could be causing this? I have the balast opened up (they're far out of warranty) and no worries I work with high voltage electronics all the time - was an EE major for a while in college.
Any input is greatly appreciated.
