PowerPar - Not Striking

Hello, I am currently working on 2 PowerPars that we have in stock that are having similar issues.

On power up the lamp arcs over with the primary arc. Which is a really dim blue glow. It will stay like this for a few seconds then it will shut off.

Do you guys have any ideas what could be causing this? I have the balast opened up (they're far out of warranty) and no worries I work with high voltage electronics all the time - was an EE major for a while in college.

Any input is greatly appreciated.

Oh yeah, and its not the lamp. I've replaced it.

Well I don't know this fixture at all but it sounds like a problem with the ignitor. Do you have a working fixture you could swap ignitors with? I would also check the wiring from the lamp back to the power supply.

Not much help I'm sure but maybe it'll give you a place to start.
