Colorsource Par dead x4

Why are the ColorSource Pars failing right at 5 years old in a space where they are barely used. I have 4 out of 16 are dead. Not a PSU either plus no longer covered by ETC .. Bummer

Have you contacted ETC Tech Support regarding this? Depending on the age and the assumed fail point, we may have grounds to extend the warranty on a repair. If you can give us a call with the serial number of one of your fixtures, we will have some questions and we can see what magic lies therein.
