ColorSource PAR flashes green and has no connectivity

Hello I have a ColorSource PAR that when plugged in just flashes green and has no connectivity. It also shows no display or error codes. I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue before? Let me know!

 Definitely sounds like this fixture has a hardware issue--I'd recommend either giving us a call or emailing service@etcconnect.com so we can get you pointed in the right direction.
