ETC's part number for that knob is HW5911, which is not currently on the web store. You can order that part from any ETC dealer. It is a 1/2" 1/4-20 screw.

Thank you!  I actually ended up ordering a set of star knobs from McMaster, but it's good to know to actual legit replacement part is available.  Now, about those shutters.....

Sorry I missed that! The part number for the shutter handles is 7416A4013.
