ColorSource Cyc, some emitters not functioning

We have 10 of the ETC ColorSource Cyc Fixtures, first generation, from 2018.  In two of them the Indigo emitters are not outputting any light, and in on of those two the Green emitters output green , but a a very low level.  We run them in Direct Mode.  Has anyone run into this before?

I've been noticing a difference in the colour of light from these two for the last few months but only took the time to figure out what was happening today.

Software Version in the Cycs is now 1.7.2.9.0.57, updated recently, but they were doing this before the update.

It shouldn't matter but this is using an IonXe20, or Nomad, both on S/W Ver. 3.2.10.36

    Hi! I am having the same issue with my colorsource cyc lgihts, I also have 10 that are not responding to indigo, lime or blue color controls. Wanting to follow up to see if you found a solution or if you had to send your lights off for repairs? Thank you!

    In our case, out of our 10 ColorSource Cyc lights, in two of them, the Indigo emitters were not outputting any light, and in on of those two the Green emitters output green, but a a very low level.  It turned out the emitters in these two were failing and they were sent off and repaired under the 10 year ETC warranty for emitters.  All of the other 8 Cyc Lights were / are fine.

    If you are having all ten doing the same thing it seems likely it is something else other than all of your emitters failing at the same time.  Do your Cyc lights look white when you bring them to full in no colour?  Are you certain you have the Cyc Lights set to the same mode you have them patched in the Console?
