Hello! One of my ColorSource Spot V fixtures will show a green color when my ETC Ion XE 20 console is turned on. Whether the fixture is at full or at Zero, it displays the green color. Loading a different show file turned the color to yellow. Need to have this fixed ASAP before a production. If it cannot be figured out then I will call an authorized ETC dealer for help.
