Edit presets of a D40

Question

Hey Everybody 
 I just heared that it's possible to edit a preset of a D40 Fixture with any Console? Is that right ? 
 I'm talking about the presets that are build in for using in the Master an Slave mode. I just know that it's possible to edit them at the Fixture but not with any console. 
 Got anyone some Informations for me ?

In Version 1.3 and later the option to snapshot a dmx look into a preset exists. To do so you must be in HSI mode. From there, go to the Light Bulb and select a preset. You should have an option for Save DMX As Preset. This will snapshot it in. This can be found on page 57 of the current manual on the web.
