Please use the Vivid 11 profile for this fixture. If you need to control the unit as two separate sections, patch two Vivid 11 devices. If you do not have this profile in the external library already, please download the latest SFML library update file here. If you are uncertain about how to import the profile into the user library of your console, please see page 8 of the v3.0.1 user manual, also available at the link above. Alternately, you can use SmartSoft to create your patch, and then transfer that patch to your console via SD card or over a direct connection via USB.
Thanks Sarah, I got that already. Unfortunately I have 12 Vivid-R 21's up in the air, already addressed. The SFML doesn't have enough device numbers to utilize the 24 11's. I have 6 movers as well. I'll have to figure out something else.
