ETC LUSTR 2 WITH COGNITO LIGHT BOARD

HAVE LUSTR2 IN HSIC MODE USING COGNITO LIGHT BOARD...BOARD HAS GAM, ROSCO, LEE PRESET COLORS BUILT IN...WOULD LIKE TO GET DEEPER PURPLES, GREEN, AND REDS BRIGHTER...IS THIS POSSIBLE? I HAVE TRIED ADVANCED DMX SETTINGS AND USING DIFFERENT MODES LIKE RGB, HSI, STUDIO, HSIC

The Indigo LED used in the fixture is outside of the RGB and HSI color spaces. Running the fixture in Direct mode will allow the fixture to reach full Indigo and will also allow you to reach the deepest purples. The tradeoff in using Direct mode is that the output is not color calibrated.

the other downside of direct mode with non-ETC boards is that the color picker will not work since those desks usually can't cope with that many color parameters. i don't know cognito, but that's what happens with various other consoles
