ColorSource PAR secondary lens beam angles

Looking for data on how exactly the various secondary lenses change the beam angle on a ColorSource PAR.  Not sure if I need a VNR, NR, or MR.  Found the spreadsheet showing data for Desire D40s, but nothing for Colorsource PAR...
