Red and Blue LED's won't turn off, Selador Vivid 11" Classics.

I recently purchased 10 Selador Vivid 11" Classics from usedlighting.com. Nine of them are working great, but on one the red and blue LED's won't turn off completely. I seem to be able to raise the intensity on them but when I fade them down they get to a medium point and then won't go down any further.

I wanted to check here to see if anyone has already dealt with this before I go and take it apart.

Interesting post timing. I just got a call from my church that they can't get the blue led's to turn off completely on only one of their Ice fixtures. They apparently raise and lower but not to full out even though they show 0. OMW to follow up.

I would love to hear from you and see what you were able to find out. I got a message from Chris Stokes saying it may be one of the power supplies for the red and blue LED's going bad.

Turns out a couple of the blue led's are out and some dim and even when the fixture is unplugged from power and dmx then just plugged into power the blues that work come on dim. So off to repair.
