MPEG 2

So I need some software to convert .avi to mpeg2. Anyone have any suggestions? I found one software that coast $500!! I don't want to spend that much for a one off. Please, someone help.:trink26:

    Are you looking for software for a Mac or PC?

    If PC, High End recommends TMPGEnc 4.0 Xpress. The software is about $100 and is very well suited to encode clips for the DL.2/Axon. Information about how to prepare custom content for the servers can be found on our support page here:

    For Mac computers, we recommend using Episode, however the program is $395.
