Hello guys,
We recently bought some Robert Juliat Sully LED compartment
I'm new to EOS system, I use the "ION XE", when I open Net3 concert I do find the Sully named as " 115W Led Profile " but I can't do anything with it, there is a little yellow symbol.
I've tried different ways to plug it, with or without a RDM splitter, no others fixtures, doesn't change a thing.
The RDM do work with others fixtures...
What can I try to make it work ? I'm just trying to change its address easily, since there is no touchscreen or anything to do that...
Also the application randomly crash without any warnings ...
