DMX-RDM One Port Ethernet gateway problem

I`ve got a problem with some of our DMX-RDM One Port Ethernet gateways.

We have 10 and I`m in the process of updating all the firmware via UpdateApter.

7 of them have no problems, show up on the network and have been updated.

However, 3 of them don`t show up on the network, even though the power and Network LEDs are showing.

Obviously, I can`t access them to check the firmware or upgrade it.

Any ideas on what could be the problem?

    I am glad that worked! -

    Were the Subnets of the Gateways 169.x.x.x ? If so, that means the Gateways did not find a DHCP Server when they came on the first time, and took a random IP in the range 169.x.x.x - this allows them to at least react to sACN Data, and Output DMX.

    Just to let you know, if the Gateways only have 2x LEDs (NET, DMX) on the front, and not 3x LEDs (Power, Network, DMX), These are only sACN/DMX Gateways, but do not Support RDM.
