4-Port Node goes offline every 2 min minutes for 20 seconds

1.) what do the Gateway Displays say when this happens?
2.) Does Nrtwork LED on Gateway blink or go off or stay on when this happens?
3.) Do other Gateways work when this happens?
4.) Are these Net3 Gateways? Which Firmware?

3.) Yes other gateways are online. but tey are outputs and react to the missing acn
4.) yes net3 latest FW
all input gates have the same priority. is this perhaps the problem?

5.) Latest Firmware v9.5.1 ?
6.) Priorty should not matter - if all are the same it’s HTP.
7.) How are the Gateways supplied with power? External ETC Power Supply?
8.) Can you open sACNview and see what all is sending sACN when the inputs fail?
9.) Does this problem happen all the time or only special times?
