Colorsource thrupower dimmer racks

not 100% sure but i think the rack is DMX. but there is space inside the cabinet for an ETC Response 1port gateway to connect it to sACN and still be able to use the RDM feedback.

Confirmed - They are DMX/RDM only. But as Ueliriegg said there is space to install a DIN rail mounted response gateway to add sACN functionality.

If you have multiple racks installed, you only need to install a single response gateway, and then daisy chain the DMX from that.

As you are moving from LD90, I would recommend looking at the Enhanced version of the CSTP rack as this contains compariably rated circuits.

N.b. DIN rail is not included, only mounting space.

The Colorsource rack is just an updated SmartPack Wall mount rack. I've installed and maintained many of them. they are solid and dependable but not the best stuff ever made.

FYI they are not purely convection cooled. There is/was a drum fan at the between the electronics and the dimmer modules.

The ColorSource Thrupower is completely fanless.

While the SmartPack WM is now discussed (which did have drum fan), the CSTP is a ground up redesign.

Looking at the installation manual, it is totally silent on clearances above and below the rack.  The picture of the top panel shows a half width access panel right across the unit but in front of that is a hatched area which looks like ventilation grill.
