Concert rack custom columns

Hi,

We are working with sensor 3 dimmer racks managed by Concert software.

Each time we load one file the rack custom columns are cleared back to a state that has nothing to do with the actual one. We have to load each *.odt rack file to restore it but it happens every time.

All files are in a server, not stored locally.

Any ideas why this is happening?

SOLVED If the configuration file is loaded twice everything is loaded correctly. Works for all our files.

Have you saved the file after the new setup? If you just do a network scan and save that and then reopen that scan file will the same thing happen?

Yes we always save the file after each change. All uploadable changes are saved in the file. Only custom columns are not.

We use a base file done after a scan for all our shows. Should we do another scan? If yes, why?

see if the first file is corrupt. you don't have to use the new scan. Just a way to narrow down the problem.
