10 button preset

My 10 button preset switch will not remote record or activate the presets. When I push any button it scrolls a green light in all buttons...then nothing. HELP!!! I have a very frustrated client and installer.

Please call ETC and ask for technical support so they can get you sorted quickly. The community of users here are fantastic, but tech support should be your "go to" when you have an urgent equipment issue.

Hello,

We operate a 24hour phone service in all of our offices. Out of hours we aim to call back within 15mins.

The 10 button stations could be used on a number of different systems (smartlink, paragidm, echo) in a number of different ways.
With setups like these it's always best to talk it out with Tech Service!

Thank you Marcus. I appreciate the feedback. I called around 9:00 pm on Tuesday evening and couldn't reach anyone. I really wish someone would have called me back in 15 minutes. It would have been so much easier than the chewing I got from my clients. I will look into what you are talking about.
