Dimmer Channel Acting Like Non-Dim

I have ION console and Sensor dimmer rack set for dimmer but some channels/dimmers area acting as they were set as non-dim as if I called a channel at @10% this goes to 100%, any advise? Thank you

Have you checked that the dimmers are not in switched-mode? You can find that under the "control mode" in your sensor rack settings for the dimmers
