I have a SR48 Sensor CEM dimmer rack with Unison control.
We were having an issue with one of the dimmers not responding. After investigating I realized that I am getting a "No Dimmer" message when selecting the dimmer in the front panel control. When selecting about I get a "No such dimmer message". In the dimmer pair, only one isn't working. I have tried power cycling, swapping the relay card, resetting unison, as well as, resetting the lighting console to no luck.
Is this possibly a DMX issue? I am having other DMX issues in space with worklight specifically randomly coming on and off. But I am not having any other control issues and no network/signal issues on the dimmer rack. I have two other dimmer racks connected with no issues either.
I am at a bit of a loss on what else to look for and how to troubleshoot this problem.
