You have to have zones in light manager for the relay panel.

Have you tested to be sure you're getting valid DMX out?

I do have zones built in my light manager

The LynTec says its receving dmx, but than it also flashes over to the warning light saying it has low voltage.

The zones I am using are 79 - 94.. do I have to set the Lyntec to start at 79 on its jumpers? .

I'm assuming we're talking about Paradigm LightDesigner configuration here (rather than Light Manager) since you mentioned an ERn.  If that's correct, you would want to set the Lyntec to use whatever addresses on DMX output B that you patched the relevant channels into.  If it's Light Manager, then the Lyntec settings should correspond to the relevant dimmer numbers from the zone properties.

To me, that sounds like there is an issue with the LynTec unit that needs to be addressed before you'll get control.
Many power control systems shut themselves down to limit/prevent damage if they believe the supply voltage to be out of range - either too high or too low.

This may be a fault with the power supply or a fault with the rack - my first step would be to measure the supply voltage(s) of the LynTec unit to determine whether it is genuinely receiving a good supply.
If it is being supplied with the correct voltages, then contact the supplier and/or manufacturer of the LynTec unit for advice on faultfinding and how best to correct it.

Thanks every one for your comments it helped. I was able to get everything I needed to work the way they wanted it. Yes the company I work at is in Maple Grove. Only part about the job was, it was in Tennessee. But if I have lighting questions I will give you guys a call to see if you know a solution.
