OSC control of cobalt 7.3 some commands not working

Can you please tell us the complete OSC command you are using, including the address/path and parameters?

Hi,

for example:
/cobalt/key/go works
but:
/cobalt/key/GO ( as written in the manual ) doesn't work.

but no way to get /coblat/key/Record ( I tried /cobalt/key/record ) working

address is localhost in my case
for the example /cobalt/key/ is the path,
"go" is the parameter

I think my config works, as I manage to use most commands as I have go, goback, ChDelay, ChTime etc... working.
But no way to have Record and Update working.

This is very strange. I have no problems getting Record and Update to work with v7.3. Also, upper and lower case letters doesn't matter. I can use GO, Go, go etc and they all work.

Could it be related to which view/tab that is focused?

You're right, after testing again, upper or lower case doesn't matter.
But record and update still don't work for me.
I tried being focused on the Main Playback or Live tab, it doesn't make any difference.
Also my feeling is that OSC commands should be allowed even if cobalt is not the focused window.
I tend to use sometimes Cobalt in background, and I would like to be able to record or update presets anyway.
Also, all other commands work even if Cobalt is in Background.

Many commands, like Record and Update, operate on the currently focused tab. If the Cobalt application is in the background, there is no focused tab.

Ok,
I have update working if I am focused in Main Playback tab.
Still getting issues with Record, but I will work on it.
As a feature request, I would find nice to have all the commands working even if the cobalt application is in background.

If you have group list up, you record and update groups, not MPB. and so on. if nothing is selected Cobalt don't know what to update. The pallet? the Preset? the Group?
