You need to activate the third monitor output in Setup.

Hi -
When you say "nothing" - do you mean black screen, Congo "desktop" but no screen frame or tabs, or a screen frame with no tabs?
What version of software are you running?
Thanks -
Sarah
hi
i mean that the monitor doesn't have any signal.
and the version is 6.3.
also one more question... when i downloaded this version it had also another one ''face panel firmware'' its for face panel monitors?
thank you
also
when i enable monitor 3 as center monitor,
after i press apply, it deselects monitor 3
Hi -
Try in the System Settings enabling the monitor and clicking OK directly, do not click APPLY.
The facepanel firmware is for Congo (not Congo jr or Congo Kid) console facepanels only. It has nothing to do with monitors.
Thanks much -
Sarah
still nothing... :(
i have done what you said
Hi -
Does this monitor and/or cable work in a known working position on the console? Does the system settings show the monitor as enabled? It is possible you have a hardware problem. Where are you located? This may be better solved by phone...
Thanks much -
Sarah
yep it works fine both cable and monitor.
nope the system settings doesn't show it enabled.
in Greece.
i have even checked the dvi to vga adaptor inside the desk and it works
The monitor has to be plugged in before you turn on the Congo, otherwise it may not be detected and the console won't activate a monitor that it doesn't think exists.
Please also check the resolution of the 3rd monitor and make sure it is one the monitor supports before clicking "Apply".
- The "Apply" button here applies changes to monitor resolution and arrangement, the "OK" button is for all the other system settings.
If the monitor disables itself on clicking "Apply", then either the console could not detect it or the monitor is reporting that it's unable to use the chosen resolution.
Try swapping the cables over, does the monitor and cable work on another port?
If it works on another port, then it's either a bad cable/socket internal to the console or the monitor has been disabled in the underlying operating system.
