Congo JR USB fader Wing problem

Hi to all,

I've a couple of Congo Jr attached with fader wings, and sometimes the fader wings isn't recognized by the Congo Jr. LCD panels show CONGO JR but nothing happend. The solution is to reboot the console.

 This could be a USB driver problem, is there an driver update?

    In Setup->Update >Tab, what version of firmware is listed for the Wing? And for the Congo Jr Facepanel?  

    Which Wing are you using? The Congo Jr Master Playback Wing? A Universal Wing 2x10, 2x20,1x20?

    How is the Wing connected to the Congo Jr? Via USB Cable and PSU, or docked directly to the side of the

    Console without USB Cable and PSU?

    Thank you for your fast answer.

    CONGO JR FACE PANEL : REVB V1.7 ------------ CONGO JR MASTER UPPER REVB V1.6--------------- CONGO JR MASTER LOWER REVB V1.6

    Congo JR Master used are 2 x 20, and docked on left side of Convgo JR without USB and PSU.

    I tried right side and the same problem occurs.
