Hi,
You need to download this http://www.etcconnect.com/docs/docs_downloads/console/Driver_setup.zip which is a driver for this. Instructions on how to use it should be included in the download.
Or
You can enable Art-Net and connect it via Art-Net.

I forgot to ask if it's possible to use the offline editor with wysiwyg.
Yes you can
In the Start setting, you must choose the same Network than Vista Driver with Wysiwyg, there is a post about it in the forum
Hi Pedro -
Look at Bullen's response above for instructions using the WYG driver and IPX protocol. If you don't want to use IPX, you can connect to WYG using Art-Net or ETCNet 2. In that case, both the console and computer must be in a similar range of IP addresses on the network in order for them to see each other and be able to communicate.
If you are using only an Ethernet cable (and not a hub or switch in between the console and computer) you need to make sure it is a crossover cable.
I hope this helps -
Thanks-
Sarah
Hi -
You will need to talk to Cast Software - www.cast-soft.com. ETC doesn't make the WYSIWYG software. I'm sure the folks over at Cast will be happy to help.
>>Actually, I scanned the WYG manual and there is no mention of ArtNet in there that I can find. It's possible WYSIWYG is not compatible with ArtNet.
Thanks -
Sarah
