Hi,
Yes you can. Anything that can be a path, can be a "Fileserver" for Congo.
In the settings (from the login screen) you just put the path to your Laptop folder. So you need to share the folder on your laptop that you want to use.
Cheers

Hey Mike -
Congo only saves to one location at a time, though, so if you want to save to both the Congo HD and the file server, you will need to save twice. You can open the file directly from the file server, though, so in that case the SAVE command will send the play back to the file server directly. Make sense?
Thanks -
Sarah
Hi,
As Bullen already said, put the path of the folder into the Fileserver path in System settings.
You can use a normal network folder path with the name of the computer & folder. For example: \\computername\sharedfolder
Or, if the computer has a fixed IP, use that in the path. Like: \\10.101.1.101\sharedfolder
Both options should work fine. But I belive the IP method is better because no name>IP conversion is needed. But I'm no expert. :o)
Fileserver is great. Easy way to save a copy of the show to an external computer.
