Augment3d Light fixtures are strobing but should not be.

First, if you haven't seen this support article, I would encourage you to follow the steps there as your initial troubleshooting step: Eos Fixture Profiles must be up-to-date for Augment3d Functionality - Electronic Theatre Controls Inc

Second, if the fixture profile is up to date, we would need to know specifically which fixture profile and mode you are having issues with to diagnose the issue further. It is possible there is an issue with the profile or some other issue going on.

 Thanks, this did solve the problem. By updating the "fixture" settings in Patch. The ML controls then gave me an "open" & "open2" option under the "Shutter Strobe" function  that was not there before. Once I set it to Open the lights stop Strobing in Augment3D.
