patch a light to a top level

Hi All I need to put a top level of 90% on our house lights. For the life of me I cannot remember how to do this. Any advice please

two ways, both in Patch (there's a third way in Park, but i think for your case, Patch is the way to go): 
 - Patch>Attributes, select channel, Proportion 90 Enter or - create a curve that has Input 100 = Output 90. - Patch Attributes, select channel, Curve x Enter
