Why is Augment3d showing a black screen after being booted?

Hi I have this same problem on an older but hi spec pc running windows 10 (ambient is high but just black on stage)

I can see the list of components from my show but no building and no lights(windows 10 pro i7 2620m 8gb ram nvidia gforce gt555
