Hi, can't remember how to give a default Z offset, any help?
The Focus Height?
Either in the A3D toolbar
or by holding the left mouse button and simultaneously rolling the mouse wheel.

thanks, had found it the time you answer
but holding the left mouse button will increment offset for one specific channel, not make the offset by default, am i wrong?
The offset is always applied in general, there is no per-channel focus offset.
by the way, what makes the animate pan/tilt option?
This is a setting regarding movement on screen, it doesn't change output. If you do a long click to focus a channel it can either go to the new position instantly or it can try to be realistic and show that pan/tilt in reality take a small amount of time.
can't see how it works so. To use the left mouse option and roll the mouse wheel, i need to select a channel first, so i increment z offset for one channel, not by default.
if i don't select a channel first, the left button + wheel increments the augmented zoom, not the Z
You don't need a channel selection to use the click+wheel gesture. And even if you have a channel selection, the offset set during this selection still remains active and will be applied to subsequent click-to-focus actions as well.
You have to click a "focusable" object, e.g. the ground, while rolling the wheel. You're correct that if you click+wheel on the horizon you will get zoom functionality.
well, in my computer and in the gio i have under my eyes, unless a channel is selected, click+ wheel = zoom. And if i have a channel selecter, the offset will remain for this channel indeed, but i was looking for getting a default Z offset for all channels, which i get using focus tool
thanks for clearing my knowledge, didn't know that
