I don't think there are any devices that will simply take DMX data and convert to crestron control commands (there are some adons to crestron control systems that can input and output DMX but that would probably be a very expensive way to do this, as you probably only have the projector not a complete crestron control infrastructure).

Unless you are specifically wanting to close the shutter on the projector, you would probably do better controlling the video source using OSC commands from EOS

Well - that's excatly what I need to do - close the shutter....

Your console can't output any of those protocols directly.  You would need some intermediary device (like a PC or perhaps an Arduino device) to translate from the OSC that the console can output to a serial command that the projector understands.

I imagine that whatever media server you are using to feed content to the projector is better suited to control the shutter than your Element is.  I would start there and try to trigger that feature on the the media server from the Element.
