Move group of light with OSC

I'am on a little project to investigate what we can do with OSC and Augumented.

If I put a "Person1" from stock in Augumented as a movable object on channel 99. I can move this person 5m back from our 0-position with OSC-command "/eos/chan/99/xyz=0,5,0".

Is it possible to move a group of moving heads in the same position with OSC? I don´t find abnything in the new manual for EOS 3.3, just for one channel.

Is there any other way in EOS where I can let multiple moving heads follow my "guy" at #99?

  • Create a focus palette and add the channel of your SEM in the 'Track SEM'-field. There is a softkey for that.
No need to store any other information into the FP.
Assign the FP to the group of moving heads and they will follow your guy.

Any actual per-channel focus information you store into the FP will be used as an offset from your movables position.
For example if you store channel one at Z=+1 , it's beam will always hit 1 meter above the objects position.
