Connecting ion to wysiwyg r29

Hi,

 

I have my ion and r29 all set up and i am able to ping the console from computer. 

Wysiwyg in live mode says receiving EDMX / No connected devices.

I have Net2 enabled and all my IP addresses appear to be working fine.

 

Anyone have any knowledge to what i may be doing wrong or why this is not working.

    ... I have nearly the same Problem:

    I'm trying to conect a laptop (running in offline mode 1.9.12.9.0.1) to a wysiwyg R28 Installation on my PC. Both operating systems are windows7.

    Wysiwyg settings:
    allow EDMX reception v4
    Recieving EDMX / No connected device in live view

    EOS offline settings:
    ACN=1, EDMX=20
    IP: 0.0.0.0
    IP: 0.0.0.0
    IP: 192.168.123.223 (via the DHCP server)

    All chanels are patched on the "standard" interface (ACN EDMX DMX)

    I tried to do everything that is describet here (http://www.cast-soft.com/wysiwyg/tip/view/connecting-to-edmx-networks), there (http://community.etcconnect.com/forums/t/10628.aspx) and there (http://community.etcconnect.com/wikis/products/knowledgebase-connecting-congo-and-eos-family-consoles-to-a-visualiser.aspx) - with no sucsess.

    I would to find out, wether the PC (with wysiwyg) is recieving EDMX signals, but I don't know how. Maybe with Net2Util (how do I get this)...

    You might be best off calling your local support - they should be able to help and provide Net2Util if needed.
