Ion intensity levels not changing in cues

Are the channels parked, maybe?  In the channel tombstone display, is there a little white p in the lower left corner?

So, you have recorded your cues with different channel levels. On playback, with nothing captured or (red) manual channels, the channels are staying at the same level at the fixture, but changing in the console value? Can you select a channel and roll it up & down on the wheel?

I'm not at the board now, but I doubt the channels are parked; I don't see how they could be (although weird stuff can happen, and I'm not the only one who's been at the board). I'll check that first thing tomorrow. I don't recall any "p" in the tombstones, and I looked at them a lot. 

No, the INT values displayed on screen are not changing either, when Going from cue to cue. Yes, you can select a channel and manually change the INT (which makes the lamps go up and down).

The colors on the Intensity values change as the cues progress, but the levels don't change.

This sounds a lot like the master playback pair (above the GO button) aren't in the right position - they should both be up at full for normal, non-manual cue operation. In this case, it sounds like they're both down at zero.

If they are already at full, go ahead and run them down and up a couple of times to see if there's something wrong with the potentiometers.

One thing I noted that seemed odd: in the cue spreadsheet, the first cue with any data on it was marked as Manual (I believe it was in the Time column), but all the others had default times, I think, of 5. That Manual listing didn't make sense to me.

The bad news: I wasted so much time on this.

The good news: the problem was simply that the two faders (crossfaders) above the STOP/BACK button were down (i.e., closest to the button) rather than up (i.e., closest to the Load button). 

That's all there was too it.
