Hi Joe,

The Robin 100 LED Beam is already in the fixture library on Ion, so you should just be able to patch it. The Eos (Ion/Gio) fixture library comes with software releases although you can create your own fixture where needed. If you do desperately need a fixture that is not available, ETC tech support do have a way of providing extra fixtures.

Thanks for the help. I couldn't find the fixture in the library. I will check I am on the latest software version.

The latest release is 1.9.12, there is a possibility it may not be in there as I'm on a pre-release build. If not Tom's email will get you there.

Thanks for you suggestion. I conected to the server and downloaded the latest verson of the library (EosConsole_FixtureLib_v7.6.0.9.1.30). Or should I have downloaded the particular one you mentioned?

I installed v7.6.0.9.1.30 onto the console and the robe 100 LED beam wasn't in the library.

I could make my own fixture profile but I am new to the ion and don't think I could get it perfect!

I have built a profile for the fixture which seams to be working ok. I will just stick to using that for the moment!
