Robe 100 LED Beam Fixture Profile (EOS)

Hi.

I am hireing in some Robe 100 LED Beams for a show. Does anyone know where I can download the fixture profile for the ETC Ion? For some reason ETC console profiles are missing from the Robe website.

Hi Joe,

The Robin 100 LED Beam is already in the fixture library on Ion, so you should just be able to patch it. The Eos (Ion/Gio) fixture library comes with software releases although you can create your own fixture where needed. If you do desperately need a fixture that is not available, ETC tech support do have a way of providing extra fixtures.

Thanks for the help. I couldn't find the fixture in the library. I will check I am on the latest software version.

The latest release is 1.9.12, there is a possibility it may not be in there as I'm on a pre-release build. If not Tom's email will get you there.
